About the Role:
Under the guidance of the Workshop Supervisor and experienced Customer Service Technicians, you’ll receive full training to:

• Configure and set up multi-functional devices and printers to meet specific customer requirements.
• Perform installations, initial setups, repairs, and troubleshooting.
• Refurbish machines, conduct operational tests, and ensure specifications are met for efficient installations.
