About the Role:

Are you hands-on, tech-savvy, and looking to launch a career in the fast-growing Audio-Visual industry?
Masters Voice Technology is offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated Commercial Audio-Visual Trainee to join our dynamic team. You’ll gain hands-on experience working on real AV installation and service projects across schools, government sites, and corporate environments.

You’ll be mentored by experienced AV professionals and supported through structured learning as you install speakers, screens, control systems, cabling, and more.

What You'll Do:

Assist with the installation and commissioning of commercial AV systems

Learn to terminate and test AV and data cabling

Support senior technicians with diagnosing faults and maintaining systems

Safely use power tools and test equipment

Participate in training and complete relevant certifications (AVIXA, WHS, etc.)

Represent Masters Voice with professionalism on client sites

About You:

A genuine interest in technology and how things work

Keen to learn and grow into a technical or project management career

Reliable, hardworking and safety-conscious

Current driver's licence (or working towards it)

White Card (or willingness to obtain)

Preferred: Completed Year 12 or equivalent
