We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Allocations Consultant to join our high-performing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate allocation of nursing and support staff to meet client needs across a range of healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and allocate shifts for healthcare staff based on client requirements

Develop strong relationships with staff and clients, ensuring excellent service delivery

Monitor availability and compliance of agency staff

Respond quickly to urgent shift requests and changes

Use internal rostering systems to manage allocations

Communicate regularly with team members to ensure seamless operations

Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff retention initiatives as needed

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a rostering, allocations

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

To be able to think outside the box (Creativity and problem-solving are valued)

Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Strong computer skills especially in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
