Our client has been in operation for over 30 years, and is a second‑generation, family‑owned Australian logistics business, specialising in refrigerated transport, cold storage, and nationwide supply‑chain solutions. They are currently looking for an Allocator to join their growing team

About the Role:

• Responsible for daily truck and route allocation
• Support operational reporting and drive continuous improvement
• Maximise use of Transport Management System
• Role requires flexibility to work within a 24/7 shift structure
• Experience in operations execution and manifesting consignments
• Ensure driver run sheet compliance and auditing
• Understanding of load and fleet utilisation

About you:

• Understanding of the Chain of Responsibility
• Good communication skills
• Be flexible with shifts (you may be asked to come in earlier for higher volume)
• Be reliable and punctual
