About the Role
An exciting and rewarding opportunity exists for a venue supervisor to join our team.
Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 plus super
In this role you will:
Support the Venue Manager and Assistant Manager to effectively run FOH operations
Work closely with leadership to review and develop exciting and seasonal beverages
Maintain our service and beverage standards in line with guest expectations
Have strong leadership ability and excellent communication
Participate in maintaining the venue to the highest presentation standards
Mentor & train junior staff
About You
The successful applicant will be an experienced front of house professional looking to take the next step in their career. You will have a strong desire to deliver outstanding experiences to your guests. You are looking for a long term role with growth opportunities.
You will have:
The ability to service tables while leading others.
Co-ordinate and communicate effectively to run a service
A demonstrated desire to lead and drive success for the team
Minimum 1 year experience at a similar level
A strong understanding of all WHS procedures
Excellent communication skills
Excellent time-management skills
Experience working in mid volume to high volume, fine dining or smart casual restaurants.
