Part-Time Community Care Nurse – Disabilities
Location: North Western Suburbs, Melbourne
Hours: 15–20 hours/week (flexible across 2 days or spread throughout the week)
Salary: Pro-rata of $90K p.a.

About the Opportunity
MOR. Healthcare is recruiting on behalf of our valued client in the disability community care sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and compassionate Part-Time Community Care Nurse to join a supportive organisation that truly makes a difference in the lives of people with disabilities.
About the Role
You will provide high-quality, person-centred care to clients, with a focus on managing high-risk cases. This includes PEG feeding, hoist training, and writing comprehensive care plans tailored to individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional, person-centred care for clients with disabilities.
- Manage high-risk clients, including PEG feeding.
- Provide hoist training to carers and staff.
- Develop and maintain detailed care plans.
- Work collaboratively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
What We’re Looking For:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Proven experience in PEG feeding and hoist training.
- Strong background in disability care and NDIS requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Compassion, reliability, and a commitment to client wellbeing.
