Northbridge Golf Club is seeking applications for the position of a Course Foreman and Qualified Greenkeeper. As well as unqualified staff.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a professional team, our team is made up of staff 20-30 years old who have a great work life balance, enjoy banter and creating the best experience for our members.

The successful applicant must have a strong work ethic, relish working in a team environment and an eye for detail. They will be involved in all aspects of producing high quality playing surfaces, daily course management and ongoing course improvements.

Skills and Attributes (Foreman, qualified roles)

The following attributes and skills are desired:

Certificate III in Sports Turf Management or equivalent

AQF3 Chemical spray certification or equivalent

Previous experience operating golf course machinery

Highly motivated with a strong work ethic

Current Australian driver’s licence

Excellent communication skills

Understanding requirements relating to WH&S and Environmental management on a golf course
