About the role

SaltyDog Landscaping is seeking a skilled and experienced Qualified Landscaper/supervisor to join our dynamic team in Byron Bay, NSW. This full-time role will see you playing a crucial part in the delivery of high-quality landscaping services to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

Overseeing and coordinating landscaping projects from start to finish

Supervising and mentoring a team to ensure the highest standards of workmanship

Completing hands-on landscaping tasks such as garden design, planting, paving, and lawn maintenance

Liaising with clients to understand their requirements and exceed their expectations

Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

Contributing to the continuous improvement of our landscaping processes and procedures

What we're looking for

Formal qualifications in landscaping, horticulture, or a related field

Extensive experience in a supervisory or management role within the landscaping industry

Demonstrated expertise in all aspects of landscaping, from design to implementation

Strong project management and organisational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

A passion for creating beautiful and sustainable outdoor spaces
