Northside Grocer is primarily a ready- made meals retail business located on High Preston. The business also has a strong online presence servicing customers across Melbourne.

What You’ll Do

Prepare and cook high-quality meals following our tried-and-tested recipes.

Work to daily production schedules, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.

Maintain exceptional food safety and hygiene at all times

Check taste, texture, and presentation to ensure every product meets our brand standard.

Help with stock control, portioning, and reducing waste.

Contribute ideas for new products and improvements.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in food production management and achieving production targets. Strong understanding of food safety regulations, quality control, and production best practices.

Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
