About the role

Peninsula Home Physio P/L is seeking a dedicated Community Physiotherapist to join our team based in Mornington Peninsula, VIC. This part time role involves providing high-quality physiotherapy services to clients in the aged and disability support sectors ( HCP, NDIS and Private health insurance). You will play a crucial part in helping our clients improve their mobility, strength, and overall wellbeing within the comfort of their own homes.

What you'll be doing

Conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and developing tailored treatment plans for clients

Client base in Mornington Peninsula and South-east suburbs

Delivering one-on-one physiotherapy sessions to improve clients' physical function and independence

Collaborating with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care

Maintaining detailed client records and reporting on progress as required

Participating in team meetings and engaging in professional development activities to continually improve clinical skills.

What we're looking for

Degree in Physiotherapy and current general registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Minimum 2 years' experience working as a physiotherapist, preferably in the aged care or disability support sectors

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families

Strong problem-solving and clinical reasoning skills to provide tailored and effective treatment

Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
