About the Role
As a Community Physiotherapist, your key responsibilities include:
Conducting comprehensive home-based assessments to evaluate clients' needs.
Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance client independence and quality of life.
Collaborating with clients, families, and other health professionals to deliver optimal outcomes.
Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation to support client care.

What You’ll Bring
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy
Current registration (or eligibility for registration) with AHPRA.
At least one year of clinical experience, preferably with aged care or NDIS clients.
A strong understanding of My Aged Care and NDIS frameworks.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a busy caseload.
A current Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
Mandarin mandatory.
