Social Worker – Ipswich, QLD
$90k + Super | Full Time | Commencing September 2025

In this role, you will:

Conduct needs and intake assessments to understand each patient’s circumstances.

Work closely with GPs to assess and address individual health needs.

Provide information, resources, and referrals to help Veterans access the right services and support.

Advocate for clients and coordinate care to ensure the best possible outcomes.

What you’ll require:

Social Work degree recognised in Australia

Membership or eligibility with the AASW

1–2 years’ experience as a Social Worker (new graduates encouraged to apply)

Availability to commence work in early September 2025
