We're seeking a proven Transport Leader on behalf of our client to take the helm of their WA operations, managing one of the state's most critical and complex transport networks. What You'll Be Doing

• Direct all WA transport operations, ensuring on-time, cost-efficient, and safe delivery
• Optimise fleet utilisation and develop strategies to boost productivity
• Lead and inspire Managers, Supervisors, Planners, and Drivers to achieve outstanding results
• Analyse operational data to improve performance and identify growth opportunities
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service standards
• Maintain full compliance with safety, environmental, and legislative requirements

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in transport/logistics, including 3+ in a senior management role
• Heavy haulage experience and strong understanding of large-scale fleet operations
• Proven ability to analyse complex data and translate insights into action
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
• Strong customer focus, commercial acumen, and problem-solving mindset
