We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join one of our valued clients in Belmont. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be driving warehouse operations while ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality are maintained.

What You’ll Be Doing

Overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations (receiving, storage, dispatch)

Leading and motivating a team in a fast-paced environment

Managing warehouse systems and reporting requirements

Planning future capacity and workflow

Ensuring OH&S and quality standards are met at all times

Coordinating maintenance of machinery and equipment

Communicating with internal teams and external customers as required

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in warehouse management or supervisory role

Strong knowledge of warehouse safety, compliance, and security

Great people management and communication skills

Hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and delegate

Solid computer skills – especially Excel and warehouse systems

Ability to problem solve, plan, and make quick decisions
