Female Support Worker – Immediate start
Quality In Home Health is seeking a female support worker to assist a 15-year-old teenage girl with:
ASD Level 2
ADHD (combined type)
Mental health and anxiety
Role responsibilities:
Community access support
In-home supports
Daily assistance
Youth mentor
Requirements:
Blue Card & Yellow Card (current and valid)
COVID-19 vaccinations
NDIS Worker Orientation Module completed
Own vehicle, valid driver’s license & comprehensive car insurance
Certificate III in Individual Support or relevant NDIS qualification
Current First Aid & CPR certification
Start Date: Immediate for the right candidate
