Job Title: Pizza Shop Manager

Location: 185 Brays Road, Griffin. 10 minutes drive from Westfields North Lakes.

Salary:

Full-time (34hrs + 4hrs WFH): $59,280 + Performance Bonus (Est. $5000pa) + 12% Super.

Part-time (28hrs + 4hrs WFH): $43,680 + Performance Bonus (Est. $5000pa) + 12% Super.

Two options exist for the successful candidate, either a full-time position by extending our opening hours to include lunch times on weekends, or a part-time position continuing at current hours of 4pm-8pm.

What You’ll Be Doing

Oversee daily operations and maintain high standards in food, service & cleanliness.

Manage rosters & train new staff, maintain high staff morale & performance.

Manage stock levels, and liaison with suppliers to order stock.

Effectively manage stock & wage expenditure to meet agreed targets for bonuses.

Training Provided: Owner willing to teach rostering, ordering, and other tasks to successful applicant.

What We’re Looking For

Required previous experience in a fast-paced takeaway pizza environment.

Proven leadership skills (e.g. shift supervisor, assistant manager, manager, lead)

Clear communication and problem-solving skills.

Completion of food safety and first aid certificates (or willingness to complete upon starting).

Be at least 18 years of age.
