Role

As a Manager, you will be required to perform and direct all areas of restaurant management. Exceptional guest service is a major component of this position. You will promote Subway® brand awareness and be a brand ambassador.

We are currently looking for Restaurant Managers to join our leadership team in our BP Caboolture Southbound Restaurant.

We have a number of leadership positions in our restaurants, and are actively recruiting Restaurant Managers.

Responsibilities

Direct staff to ensure that food safety, product preparation, and cleanliness standards are maintained

Maintain standards of restaurant safety and security. Recruits staff and oversees training program

Responsible for inventory and money control systems – may establish inventory schedules.

Responsible for local marketing initiatives – may contact prospective guests to promote sales

Maintain business records

Skills required:

Leadership experience

Experience in hospitality

Excellent interpersonal communication skills
