This includes more than 200 projects such as the Metro Tunnel, North East Link, West Gate Tunnel, removing level crossings, new and upgraded hospitals in Footscray, Frankston and Warrnambool, and specialist programs.

About VHBA
The Victorian Health Building Authority (VHBA) is responsible for the rollout of the Victorian Government's multi-billion-dollar health capital projects. We're delivering world-class health facilities across Victoria including new public hospitals and emergency care, community health services, ambulance branches, residential aged care and mental health facilities. VHBA also provides technical support across engineering, property, asset management and environmental sustainability disciplines.
The Opportunity:

Key aspects of the role include:
- Create and maintain financial models & scenario analysis to support capital delivery.
- Collaborate with Finance Business Partners and project teams to translate financial data into insight
- Analyse budget, highlight trends, and recommend actions
We are looking for:
- Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related
- Advanced capital budgeting, financial modelling and analytical skills
- Skilled communicator and collaborator, able to present complex data effectively
