About the role

We are seeking an experienced Client Servies Manager who will be an integral part of the business.

The role will support our Adviser & Practice Manager in deliverying high levels of customer service & adminitstrative assistance to our clients.

What you'll be doing

Providing exceptional client service and support to ensure a positive client experience

Managing client relationships by responding to client inquiries.

Assisting with the onboarding of new clients and maintaining accurate client records.

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' experience in a client-facing role within the financial services industry

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively manage client relationships

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve client issues

Proficiency in financial planning, investment & life insurance products, as well as relevant regulations and compliance requirements

Proven track record of delivering high-quality client service and exceeding customer expectations

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to contribute to the overall success of the business
