As they enter their next phase of growth, an exciting opportunity has opened up for a Client Services Manager to join the team and provide dedicated support to a senior adviser working with a select portfolio of high-net-worth clients.

What the Role Involves:

Working closely with a seasoned adviser, you’ll ensure the day-to-day running of client matters is handled with precision and care. Your role will include:

Delivering responsive, professional service to valued clients

Preparing meeting packs, SOAs, ROAs, and other essential documentation

Coordinating with product providers and key stakeholders

Managing applications, forms, and advice implementation steps

Keeping client records, CRM systems, and compliance data accurate

Acting as a reliable point of contact for client queries and follow-ups

What You Bring:

Previous experience (2–3 years) in a financial planning or private wealth support role

Knowledge of Xplan or similar CRM systems

Impeccable attention to detail and strong time management

A client-first mindset and passion for providing exceptional service

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach
