A national financial planning firm is seeking a confident and capable Senior Client Services Manager to join their high-performing Sydney team. Key responsibilities include
Supporting advisers in managing client relationships and overseeing end-to-end implementation of advice
Maintaining compliant and up-to-date client records, including file notes and meeting action items
Managing communications with clients and external stakeholders such as accountants and lawyers
Preparing advice documentation and regulatory forms including Investor Certificates, FDS and Renewal Notices
Coordinating meetings and overseeing proactive diary management for advisers
Managing fund transfers, applications, redemptions and associated investment administration tasks
About you
Previous experience in financial planning, ideally within a private wealth, family office or institutional advice setting
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail
Well organised, responsive and able to manage competing priorities
Familiar with advice platforms and portfolio systems
A natural collaborator who values being part of a close-knit team
