You are...

Empathetic, especially when clients are under stress
● Skilled with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
● Detail-obsessed and process-driven
● Someone who takes pride in reliability and being the go-to person in a busy office

If you’ve worked in restoration or scheduling before – that’s a bonus, not a requirement. We’ll train the right person with the right attitude.
