The ideal candidate has extensive experience leading in early childhood education, strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and high standards. A solid grasp of EYLFv2, NQF, NQS, and regulations is essential. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all standards and frameworks. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining our high reputation, and your proactive approach will contribute to the preschool’s ongoing growth and success.

You will oversee the daily operations with a focus on best practice in early childhood education, using your expertise to mentor educators and foster collaboration within the team. Your vision will help shape a positive, innovative environment, where creativity and growth are nurtured, and each child’s unique strengths and interests are celebrated.

The ability to develop excellent relationships with families is essential, along with managing operations to maximise enrolments and ensuring CVC Preschool is seen as the service of choice for families in the community. Your ability to build strong, trusting relationships with families, children, and the wider community will be highly valued. You will champion collaborative initiatives, represent the preschool at community events, and seek opportunities to further connect our preschool with local networks and resources.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor of Education (0–5 years) or Diploma in Children's Services required.

Essentials:

· Current WWCC, Police Clearance, Recognised qualifications, A suitable compliance history, First Aid & Resuscitation, Child Protection training, ongoing refreshers.
