About the role

At Quirindi Preschool Kindergarten Inc, we are more than just an early childhood service — we are a trusted part of our community. As a community-based, not-for-profit organisation, we have been dedicated to nurturing, protecting, and empowering children in the Quirindi region for over 40 years.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking passionate and experienced casual educators who bring both the qualifications and the mindset needed to inspire high-quality early learning and uphold the highest standards of child safety.

What you'll be doing

Providing high-quality care and educational experiences that cater to the individual needs of each child

Implementing the Early Years Learning Framework to foster children's social, emotional, physical and cognitive development

Observing children's progress and documenting their learning journeys

Collaborating with families to build strong partnerships and support children's holistic development

Maintaining a safe, engaging and stimulating learning environment

Adhering to all relevant legislation, policies and procedures

What we're looking for

A relevant early childhood education qualification (e.g. Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care)

Experience working in a childcare or early learning environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A genuine passion for supporting the wellbeing and development of young children

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team

Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma management qualifications

Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
