If you thrive on keeping processes smooth, clients happy, and people supported from day one, this role could be for you. We’re looking for a detail-driven and people-focused Workforce Engagement Advisor to help deliver seamless onboarding and engagement for our contingent workforce.

What you’ll do:

Coordinate and manage onboarding for contingent workers, ensuring all compliance and background checks are complete.

Collaborate with our Philippines team to meet service levels and deadlines.

Maintain 100% accuracy in records, extensions, and contract changes.

Proactively manage contract end dates and facilitate smooth transitions.

Support contractors with queries on timesheets, expenses, and payroll.

Assist with client programs such as graduate or undergraduate intakes.

Keep systems clean and up to date with timely follow-ups.
