TOIM Technology is a rapidly growing Managed IT & Communications Services company located in the Tamworth and Dubbo regions. We provide service to our clients from Far North Queensland down to Southern Victoria.

We have a team of young and energetic people, who are always learning and finding new ways to better deliver an excellent experience in customer service through technology.

Having experience or skills in IT or Telco is not necessarily required to be a successful applicant. We are more interested in finding people with the right attitude and customer service skills.

We are looking for people from all levels of technical experience who are;

Dependable and the team can trust in them (and trust in the team)

Always looking to grow and learn new skills

We’re looking for people who also have these skills

Great communicator, who can leave accurate and timely notes to customers and internally

Great attention to detail – keeps track of all the little things that are important to customers

Organised with great time management and prioritisation of customer issues

Excellent translator of tech lingo to our customers

Must have a valid Australian Driver’s license, and also have (or be willing to get)
