The Role
We’re seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Part-Time Beauty Therapist to deliver exceptional laser hair removal and aesthetic treatments using Candela Gentle Max Pro and Candela Glace systems. You’ll provide personalized care to help clients achieve smooth, radiant skin and outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform laser hair removal and aesthetic treatments using Candela Gentle Max Pro and Candela GLACE for Hydro dermabrasion with LED , customizing treatments for diverse skin types and client needs, including hair removal, pigmentation, and skin rejuvenation.

- Conduct microdermabrasion, chemical/enzyme peels, Dermapen skin needling, and Healite LED therapy treatments.

- Provide detailed skin consultations and develop individualized treatment plans.

- Offer expert skincare advice and recommend products to enhance treatment outcomes.

- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant treatment environment, adhering to Australian health and safety standards.

- Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering trust and long-term client relationships.

- Stay updated on aesthetic advancements through ongoing training provided by Croydon Medical Centre.

What We’re Looking For :

- Qualifications: Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent; Laser Certification (e.g., Laser 4 or equivalent Australian certification) required.

- Experience: 3 + Years experience as a Beauty Therapist . Previous experience with Candela Devices is a requirement .

Proven expertise in operating Candela Gentle Max Pro and Candela Glace for laser hair removal and aesthetic treatments (e.g., pigmentation, vascular lesions, or skin rejuvenation), along with microdermabrasion, chemical/enzyme peels, Dermapen skin needling, and Healite LED therapy.

- Skills: In-depth knowledge of skin types, hair growth patterns, and advanced laser technologies (755 nm Alexandrite and 1064 nm Nd:YAG). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure client comfort and satisfaction.

- Attributes: Professional, approachable, and detail-oriented with a passion for delivering superior results.

- Bonus: Experience with additional aesthetic treatments (e.g., IPL, facials, or other laser-based therapies) is a plus.
