We’re a licensed building company and a registered architectural practice with Class 2 building and design practitioner accreditation, offering our team unique exposure to high-quality projects from design right through to construction completion.

Our close-knit, family-friendly (and dog-friendly!) team is growing. We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our construction team. We want the right person first and foremost.

About the Role:
We're looking for an all rounder, an industry leader, someone with both project management and technical construction experience to support and grow into a leadership role within the construction team.

Your responsibilities will include:

Client Management

Managing Live projects

Training and mentoring

Planning and program management

Consulting on Projects as construction expert

Working closely with Design team on documentation reviews

Management of procurement schedule and delivery

Participate in ongoing system improvements

Solving on-site and project problems proactively and effectively

This is a full-time position, with projects primarily located within easy reach of our Balmain head office.

About You:
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re reliable, hands-on, and committed to quality workmanship. You’ll be motivated by delivering outstanding residential projects and working closely with clients and our design team.

You’ll ideally have:

Communication Skills

Proven technical construction experience

Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications and sketch solutions

Ability to solve problems in a team environment

Comfortable around office dogs!
