They are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to take charge of maintenance operations. This is a key leadership role where you will drive best-practice maintenance and reliability initiatives.

The Role
You'll will be responsible for:

• Overseeing all maintenance services at one of the company’s largest and most complex sites.
• Leading a team of 16 directly within the trade team, fostering engagement and professional growth.
• Identifying and managing asset reliability risks while implementing best-practice maintenance strategies.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance and efficiency.
• Developing and executing maintenance strategies to meet key KPIs, including OEE, machine reliability, uptime, and OH&S compliance.

Your Experience & Skills
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A relevant Trade Qualification, along with proven leadership experience in maintenance teams.
• Hands-on experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments such as food, beverage, packaging, or building products.
• A strong track record in developing and implementing proactive and preventative maintenance strategies.
• Formal training in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Continuous Improvement (CI) methodologies, including 5S, Lean, and/or Six Sigma.
• Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a leadership style that fosters a high-performing team culture.
