The opportunity
As the Centre's Director, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Centre as well as mentor, coach and lead your team of educators. While you will have autonomy in your role, you will be offered plenty of support from the team at head office should you require, as well as ongoing professional development and career progression opportunities with one of the industries most exciting and forward thinking childcare companies! The ideal Director
You will be passionate and driven director looking for their next career move or sea change. You will have excellent communication skills and have a proven track record in the management of budgets, rosters and policies. You will have the ability engage with families as well as working and reporting to a members of the management team. To apply for this role it is essential you hold an ACECQA assessed Diploma qualification

Suitable applicants must have:

• Either a Diploma of Children's Services, Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA Assessed equivalent
• First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certification
• 2+ years experience as a centre director
