Role Description

This is a full-time, field based role based in Perth, WA for an On-Premise Sales Representative.

You’ll be responsible for:

Managing and growing sales volume across assigned on-premise accounts and some off-premise accounts

Building strong, lasting relationships with venue owners, managers, and bar staff

Conducting regular account visits, resolving service issues, and ensuring product freshness

Pitching and placing new releases, seasonal beers, and core range products

Executing promotional campaigns, tap takeovers, tastings, and in-venue activations

Ensuring correct pricing, deal structures, and compliance with agreements

Monitoring competitor activity, venue stock levels, and market trends

Maintaining a professional and knowledgeable presence in every interaction

Hours:

5 days per week, 40 hour week

Qualifications & Skills

Previous experience in sales or hospitality (on-premise experience preferred)

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to meet and exceed sales targets

Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently

Competent with reporting tools, call cycles, and CRM updates

Knowledge and passion for the craft beer industry

Current driver’s license

RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification
