Flatpax Cut To Size is the fastest-growing cut-to-size cabinetry manufacturers on the Gold Coast, based in Molendinar. We produce high-quality kitchen, vanity, and wardrobe components using the latest CNC machinery and edge-banding technology.

We’re a busy, friendly team that works hard but keeps the atmosphere positive and easy-going. We even crank up the music to keep the energy high and get into the weekend vibe!

Qualifications & Experience

No formal qualifications or previous experience needed. Previous factory or machinery experience is a bonus, however full is training provided.

Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 20kg regularly.

Must hold a current driver’s licence and have reliable transport for early starts.

Willingness to learn CNC machine operation, edge-bander use, and forklift operation.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Scanning, stacking, and wrapping jobs ready for dispatch.

Stacking and organising board.

Assisting on the edge-bander and CNC machines.

Hand edging and using the panel saw.

Helping keep the factory running smoothly—and even picking the day’s playlist!
