The Structural Drafter Role:

This is a full-time, permanent position based in our client's Melbourne office. We’re seeking a collaborative, proactive individual with a passion for drafting to join the team.

Structural Drafter Responsibilities:

• Adhere to company-standard drafting processes and systems
• Respond flexibly to client-driven changes in project deliverables
• Work closely with engineers and drafting colleagues
• Communicate with domestic and international teams as needed
• Report to the Senior Drafting Manager

Structural Drafter Skills & Experience

• High attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Eagerness to grow and develop professionally
• Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit)
• 3 years prior experience in structural drafting is highly desirable
