Role Overview:
As Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing a small portfolio of residential properties. You’ll be based at our newly refurbished office in Glenelg overlooking Wigley Reserve, with a dedicated and experienced team.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the leasing process from marketing to tenant placement

Conduct ingoing, routine and outgoing inspections

Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and tenants

Manage perspective tenant and owner communications and resolve any issues promptly

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure properties are well-maintained

Managing and negotiating lease renewals

Qualifications:

Hold a current Property Managers licence

Hold a current driver’s licence

Proven experience in Property Management is preferred

Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act 1995

Excellent communication skills

Ability to manage multiple properties and tasks effectively

Previous experience in Property Management is preferred. A current Driver’s Licence and a valid Property Management Licence are required to qualify for this position. Competitive salary and performance-based incentives on offer, as well as use of a company phone, laptop and work vehicle.
