Electrician Site Supervisor

Mills Recruitment is seeking a driven Electrician Site Supervisor to oversee key metro projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified A-Grade Electrician with proven site supervision experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in team leadership, safety, and project delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supervising electricians, trades, and subcontractors on active sites
• Managing day-to-day operations to meet timelines, quality, and safety standards
• Liaising with builders, PMs, and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication
• Ensuring compliance with Australian Standards and project specs
• Tracking progress, labour, and resolving any site issues
• Overseeing materials, procurement, and site documentation
• Promoting a strong safety culture and supporting team performance

What We’re Looking For:

• WA A-Grade Electrical Licence (or transferable equivalent)
• 5+ years’ experience in electrical construction, including 2+ years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of commercial systems: lighting, power, switchboards, data/comms
• Familiar with AS/NZS 3000 and relevant codes
• Confident reading plans, managing teams, and site reporting
• Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills
• Driver’s Licence and White Card
• EWP/Working at Heights and First Aid tickets (desirable)
