Bella Modular designs and constructs modular homes and granny flats across WA. We pride ourselves on quality, efficiency, and delivering a great client experience. We’re now looking for a General Manager to take the reins and lead our operations, projects, and people.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day business operations across sales, projects, and admin.

Manage and lead the leadership team to deliver on company goals.

Drive business growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.

Monitor budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation.

Represent the company in high-level negotiations with clients, suppliers, and partners.

Maintain compliance with building codes, WHS requirements, and company policies.

About You:

Senior management experience in construction, modular, or related industries.

Strong financial literacy and commercial acumen.

Leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
