Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Kitchen Manager/Sushi Chef to join our kitchen team at Sushi Bros. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of hands-on experience in sushi preparation and be confident in knife handling, time management, and operating in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and present a variety of sushi dishes, including nigiri, sashimi, and rolls
Handle seafood and other fresh ingredients with precision and care
Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workstation
Work effectively during busy service periods while upholding high quality standards
Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
Key Requirements:
Minimum 6 months’ experience making sushi/managing store operations
Strong knife skills and knowledge of sushi preparation techniques
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Ability to perform under pressure and meet service times
Positive attitude, team-focused, and eager to learn
