Job Description

Deliver expert service to our customers needing assistance with heating / cooling maintenance and repairs

Servicing, troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing of split systems and ducted systems

Review jobs, offer solutions, and ensure the customer journey is smooth and professional

Assist with occasional install work

Role includes sales

Your qualifications & skills will include:

Must have HVAC trade experience servicing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing and completing installations

Experience in domestic service work

Strong attention to detail

Excellent customer service & communication skills

NSW Air conditioning Licence

NSW Drivers Licence
