About the role

PBM Air & Electrical is seeking a skilled Air-conditioning & Electrical Technician to join our team in Winmalee, NSW and/or Portland NSW. As a full-time member of our Trades & Services team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality installation, maintenance and repair services for air conditioning systems and electrical equipment. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute your expertise to a growing company that is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. Servicing the area of Penrith to Central West.

What you'll be doing

Carry out installations, servicing and repairs of residential and commercial air conditioning & refrigeration systems

Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults, and complete necessary repairs

Perform preventative maintenance checks and services on air conditioning and electrical systems

Liaise with customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice (Customer service to highest ability)

Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, safely and in compliance with industry regulations

Maintain accurate records and documentation for all work undertaken

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our service delivery

Bring forward new innovative idea's

What we're looking for

Formal qualification in Electrical/HVAC trades, such as a Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration

Minimum 3 years' experience or right attitude as an Air-conditioning & Electrical Technician, preferably in a residential and/or commercial setting

Hard working/ striving forward Apprentices

Either both or Electrical isolated experience or HVAC

Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems, electrical systems and relevant industry regulations and safety standards

Excellent problem-solving and fault-finding skills

Strong customer service orientation and communication skills

Clean driving licence and own reliable vehicle

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
