HVAC Air-conditioning Service Technician(S)/HVAC Electrical Technician(S)

We are looking for enthusiastic, skilled, and motivated HVAC Technicians or HVAC Electrical Technicians to join our team in our Melbourne, Sydney, Newcastle and Brisbane branches. This role involves the installation, servicing, fault-finding, and preventive maintenance of commercial packaged units, split-ducted systems, and DX plants.

About the Role

As a Technician, you will:
- Install, commission, diagnose, and maintain air conditioning equipment, controls, and DX plants
- Perform fault-finding, servicing, and preventive maintenance on commercial AC units
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other trades to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively
- Participate in a rotating after-hours on-call roster

What We Are Looking For

To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Strong technical knowledge of DX plants, commercial AC units, and controls
- Experience in troubleshooting, servicing, and preventive maintenance
- Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills
- A strong work ethic, with reliability and punctuality being essential
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Residency in NSW

Required Qualifications & Licences

- Certificate or diploma in a related trade (or an equivalent trade qualification)
- Refrigerant Handling Licence
- Current and valid Driver’s Licence
- Minimum one year of hands-on experience in fault-finding and maintenance

Salary & Benefits

Salary Range: $76,515 – $79,999 per year (gross), plus allowances, overtime, and benefits
Negotiable salary, based on qualifications, experience, and skills
