About the role

We are seeking an experienced Cafe Manager to join our dynamic team at ROCKWELL Group Proprietary Ltd' in Sydney, NSW. As Cafe Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our bustling cafe, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving financial success.

What you'll be doing

Manage all aspects of cafe operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and financial management

Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming environment for all patrons

Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and food hygiene regulations

Lead, motivate, and develop a team of passionate baristas and front-of-house staff

Collaborate with the wider ROCKWELL Group to align with company goals and initiatives

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Cafe Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both customers and staff

Strong financial management and analytical skills, with the ability to track and report on key performance metrics

Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating a high-performing team

A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences

Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
