One For the Road is a family-owned hospitality group that operates four large venues including South Beach Hotel, Federal Boutique Hotel, 8 Knots and Bicton Tavern.

The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to:
• Venue setup and close.
• Cash handling and management.
• Staff management.
• Stock take and control.
• Customer relations.
• Strong customer focus.
• Responsible health and safety compliance.
• Responsible RSA and RGL compliance.
• Implementation of systems and process.
• High level of self presentation.
• Maintaining venue standards.

The successful candidate will possess the following:
• RSA and approved management card.
• Previous experience in Management.
• Experience in H&L POS.
• Experience in Tanda online rostering system. (desirable)
• Ability to trouble shoot problems and solve them.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• First Aid (desirable).
• Valid Driver’s Licence.
• Food Safety Compliance certificate
