Experience in all aspect of a working bar - Cocktails, Beer & Wine

Ability to manager employees professionalism and presentation (DUTY Manager)

A positive and respectful management style that will set the benchmark for a dynamic team (DUTY Manager)

Effectively collaborate, communicate, and coordinate with Directors, Venue managers & Group Operations members (DUTY Manager)

Must hold an Approved Manager's License (DUTY Manager)

Minimum of 2 years management experience in a similar high volume, fast paced venue/bar (DUTY Manager)

Full time contracts are 40 hours with reasonable over time depending on position, agreed salary and contract terms. 2 days RDOs a week, TOIL for public holidays.

Applicants must be available Wednesday - Saturday nights till LATE.
