As a Scheduler you will Be Responsible For:
Client enquiries: Respond promptly and professionally, with empathy. Provide clear info and a positive experience.
Relationship development: Build trust with clients, families, and the team through a person-centred, client-focused approach.
Rostering management: Match client needs to staff availability and adjust quickly to maintain continuity and quality of care.

Qualifications
Scheduling Experience: Skilled in managing complex schedules and workloads.
Client-Centric: Genuine commitment to client-first service.
Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills.
Detail-Oriented: Ensures accuracy in scheduling.
Tech-savvy: Quick to learn new systems and software.
Compliance: Current National Police Clearance.
Team Player: Collaborative with a focus on organizational goals.
Preferred Skills
Aged Care Experience: Familiarity with aged care or healthcare settings; preference for experience in community care.
Crisis Management: Ability to remain calm under pressure, with strong problem-solving skills.
Empathy: Compassionate and client-focused approach to care.
Technical Proficiency: Excellent skills in Outlook, Excel, and teamwork.
Qualifications: Certificate III in Aged Care preferred and Accounting experience
