KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES FOR THIS ROLE:

• Develop and successfully deliver recruitment strategies for our clients.

• Bring your experience to the team, contribute to the discussions and strategy to achieve the best outcomes.

• Develop trusted relationships across a range of blue collar industries.

• Proactively advertise, screen, interview and select the right candidates for placement into blue collar roles.

• Support all administrative, payroll and compliance responsibilities.

ABOUT YOU:

You are experienced in the blue-collar labour hire market OR have a strong background and passion in customer service working in an industrial sector.

You have a solid understanding of the Civil Construction sector. (desired but not essential)

You are a better than average communicator and work well by yourself and in a team.

You don’t mind "going the extra mile" for your team and your clients.

You are systems orientated and know how to prioritise your workload.

You enjoy what you do!!!
