Location: St Kilda & South-Eastern Melbourne (to Dandenong)
Employment Type: Casual role initially, working 30-40h between the office and the bedside.

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Enrolled Nurse (EN) to join our team in a diverse role combining hands-on clinical care with service coordination and management responsibilities.

You will be part of a growing healthcare service supporting older adults across community and residential aged care settings, working from our St Kilda office and aged care facilities throughout Melbourne’s south-eastern corridor (including Dandenong).

This role will suit an EN who thrives on variety, values autonomy, and is looking to step into a leadership pathway as we expand our multidisciplinary aged care program.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality nursing care and conduct clinical assessments.

Coordinate and participate in multidisciplinary GP and allied health reviews.

Manage and oversee vaccination programs (must be vaccination-accredited).

Liaise with facility staff, residents, families, and external providers.

Assist in service development, workflow optimisation, and quality improvement initiatives.

Maintain documentation in accordance with AHPRA standards and Medicare requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse (Medication Endorsed preferred).

Minimum 2 years’ experience in aged care, community nursing, or a similar role.

Current vaccination accreditation (essential).

Permanent residency or Australian citizenship (essential for PRODA access).

Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills.

Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
