Responsibilities for Barista/Front of House Staff:

Preparing and serving a wide variety of high-quality coffee drinks

Maintaining the quality and consistency of all coffee beverages

Passion for coffee and exceptional customer service

Experience in a fast-paced cafe environment

Knowledge of espresso drinks and brewing methods

Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Team player with a positive attitude

Accurately processing sales transactions using a cash register or POS system

Delivering orders to customers' tables promptly and accurately, clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests

Requirements for Barista/Front of House Staff:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a barista within a cafe or restaurant

Proven experience as a barista with a strong understanding of coffee brewing techniques

Excellent communication skills to explain coffee options to customers

Experience with espresso machine maintenance and troubleshooting

Availability to work on weekends and public holidays as needed.
