Your key responsibilities:
Provide onsite Level 1-2 support for end user devices across multiple locations
Assist VIPs and executives with professionalism and efficiency
Deploy devices using Intune, MECM or similar tools
Support desktops, mobiles, O365, networking, AV equipment and more
Troubleshoot technical issues, escalating when necessary
Maintain accurate asset records and ensure compliance with asset procedures
Log all activities in ServiceNow in line with ITIL processes
Contribute to process improvements and promote self-service initiatives
What you'll bring:
2+ years in a hands-on IT support role
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage all levels of staff
Experience with Windows OS, O365, AD, networking fundamentals and device management platforms
Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
A proactive, collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn
Relevant qualifications or certifications (ITIL V4, MCP)
