We are currently looking for a Support Worker to join our dedicated and friendly team. In this role, you will help our NDIS clients of all ages achieve their goals and live a fulfilling life.
About Us:
Our team is made up of experienced Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, and Psychologists who collaborate to provide a holistic approach to care. As a Support Worker at The Willow Tree Clinic, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our clinical team to ensure that each client receives the best possible support to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct support to NDIS clients in various settings (community, home, etc.)
Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and social engagement
Implement client-specific goals and support plans in collaboration with our clinical team
Ensure clients’ safety and well-being at all times
Promote independence and encourage skill development in clients
Maintain accurate records of client progress and feedback

What We’re Looking For:
Certificate III or IV in Disability Support or relevant other degree (preferred)
Previous experience as a Support Worker (preferred)
A passion for supporting people with disabilities
Strong written communication skills to accurately complete shift notes
Strong interpersonal skills to be able to effectively communicate with clients, families, and the clinical team
The ability to connect with clients and build strong, trusting relationships
Capable of working effectively both independently and as part of the team
The ability to follow individual client care plans and goals
Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
NDIS Screening Check and NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willingness to obtain)
National Police Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
