Job Title:Khmer-speaking Support Workers (Multiple Positions)

Location: Cabramatta, NSW

Job Type: Casual / Part-Time

About the Role:
We are seeking multiple compassionate and reliable Khmer-speaking Support Workers to individually support an iCare client in Cabramatta. Each worker will be responsible for providing direct, one-on-one assistance with daily activities in the client’s home, with hours and duties to be rostered across the available positions.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care (such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)

Assist with meal preparation and feeding

Support with mobility and transfers

Perform light household duties (cleaning, laundry, etc.)

Offer companionship and social support

Accompany client to appointments or outings as needed

Complete daily progress notes and reports

Care Hours Required:

Monday to Sunday:

6:00am – 10:00am

12:00pm – 3:30pm

7 x inactive sleepovers per week

What we're looking for:

Fluent in Khmer and English (spoken and written)

Previous experience as a disability or aged care support worker (preferred)

Knowledge of manual handling techniques

Current First Aid and CPR certificates

Valid Police Check and Working With Children Check

NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain)

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Flexibility to work across the specified hours, including sleepovers
